Tenant Fees
When you have decided to make an offer to rent a property through us you may need to consider the following costs involved.
We have outlined below the applicable charges payable to Quest Residential when securing a property through us.
Pre-tenancy – Before you move in
Contract fee – £250
Referencing fee – £50 per person
Check in fee – Price is based on the size of the property, please see below:
1 Bedroom – £150 2 Bedroom – £175
3 Bedroom – £200 4 Bedroom – £225
5 Bedroom – £250
Deposit – Typically 6 weeks’ rent (per property)
Guarantor Fee – carries a fee of £60.00 per Guarantor (if required)
During your tenancy
Change of occupancy – £175.00 per person
Renewal fee – Price is based on the size of the property, please see below:
1 Bedroom – £175 2 Bedroom – £250
3 Bedroom – £325 4 Bedroom – £400
5 Bedroom – £475
Deposit re-protection fee – £50.00
Post tenancy
Reference request fee – £30.00 per reference request
(Please note VAT is not applicable)
All deposits and clients’ monies that are held will be protected by a government-authorised Tenancy Deposit Protection scheme
