Tenant Charges
Before Your Tenancy
Application Payment – One weeks rent.
This is required to submit your offer to the landlord. If accepted, this amount will be deducted from the total monies due. The payment is refundable if your offer is not accepted.
Deposit – Five weeks rent.
During Your Tenancy
Changes to the tenancy agreement – £50.00 (e.g a change of tenant within the property)
Other charges applicable to tenants are rent, payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, payments in respect of utilities, TV License, Council Tax, a default fee for late payments of rent and replacement of a lost keys/security devices, where required under a tenancy agreement.

This is to cover Quest London’s time in getting keys cut and checking that they work.
Taking over Management – 12%
Where tenants are not introduced by Quest London, we will charge the above rate payable monthly for the duration of the tenancy term (minimum term twelve months).
Sale of property to tenants – 1.2% of the agreed sale price. (See terms for further details).
